The flowers and peacock feathers painted with turquoise, pink and green are outlined with golden paint and have sequins sewn on them portraying themselves as stars on clear night sky. The base color is black. The construction allows for flowy carefree fall for billowy movement. The drawstring on the waist has tiny bells.
